CPRFC has adopted the RFU/RFUW's tour policy as follows:
PROPOSED OVERSEAS TOURS
1. All clubs must fill in the form on the RFU website or in the RFU regulations and competitions had book. 1 month prior to the start of the tour.
2. It must be sent the Secretary of Sussex RFU, with details of the tour and insurance taken out. After signature it will be sent to the operations department Twickenham.
3. Clear instructions need to be given to tour operators and tour organisers.
PROPOSED INCOMING TOUR
1. As above, but the application form must be made 3 months before the start of the tour
