In the six years of Cinque Ports history 70+ players have represented the club, but after the fixture away to Hove V on December 3rd powerhouse forward Craig Barningham was the first player to reach the landmark of 100 appearances. The big tackling Second Row/Number 8 is one of a clutch of players to have played in all 6 seasons. Making his debut against Crowborough III in 2007 he has been a dependable rock at heart of the Cinque Ports scrum. In his 100 appearances he has scored 10 tries and has also been players player of the year and runner up in the same category. On his 100th appearance he was presented with an engraved tankard by chairman Marcus Davies.
Team Manager Gavin Thomas said "Craig is a great player, and a real product of the Cinque Ports ethos as he came to the club as a novice. It's been a pleasure to play alongside him".
